James Harrison is working out way harder than you
- Updated: May 19, 2017

James Harrison is 39-years-old and has been playing in the NFL since he was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Pittsburgh Steelers way back in 2002. To stay in the league this long, Harrison has to do many things right both on and off the field.
One thing is for sure, off the field, Harrison works out harder than anyone.
No really. Harrison is better at working out than you and does so much harder than you. I don’t care if you drink 14 protein shakes and do curls with 80 pound weights while also doing the leg press at 200 pounds simultaneously. Try doing this at 39 after playing in the NFL for 15 years.
By the way, these are all from the last WEEK:
That’s not all of the Instagram videos he posted from the last week while working out either. Outside of videos showing his insane workouts, Harrison also posts pictures showcasing the other things he does while working out.
Dear mother of whatever you call holy. Earlier in January, our own Ian Casselberry wrote about these insane work outs too.
It’s really just a recurring theme. James Harrison works out crazier and much harder than you or anyone else you know.
Don’t try any of this at home please, you’re not James Harrison.
